Project Description
Giles Flythe Engineers provided construction administration services for the replacement of various slope roof areas. The sections of the roof replaced were ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber membrane with a rock ballast. Our services included the creation of scope and specifications for the roof replacement, soliciting and reviewing contractor bids for the Request for Proposal (RFP), and performing periodic inspections during roof replacement.
