Project Description
Since 2018 Giles Flythe Engineers has been performing engineering consulting services for Harborside Club at 70 West, marina front living in Carteret County. Harborside Club’s exterior surfaces on the ground floor are predominately clad in an adhered stone veneer. The upper-level floors’ surfaces primary comprised of stucco installed over concrete or masonry surfaces. Our services included specification and scope development, soliciting and reviewing contractor bids for the RFP and construction monitoring services for an exterior repair project including sealant replacements, new coatings and window replacements.
