Project Description
Giles Flythe Engineers provided construction monitoring services for asphalt shingle roof replacement
and chimney cap replacement. The buildings were constructed between 1985 and 1987 and are wood
framed. The roofs are generally clad in asphalt shingles with limited sections of low slope roofing. There
are also 34 wood-framed chimneys with metal chimney caps located within the building.
