Summary: Giles Flythe Engineers performed a structural inspection of the floor and attic framing and crawl space conditions for a two-story wood-framed home that was built in 1900. The house is being converted to commercial use as a bed and breakfast. We provided structural repair recommendations based on the site investigation.
