For standard residential structural evaluations in the Charlotte metropolitan area, we typically complete the on-site evaluation within one week and deliver the full report within two business days of the visit. The report will include observations, repair recommendations (if any) and a photo log of the engineer’s site visit.

For standard property condition assessments in the Charlotte metropolitan region, we typically complete the site evaluation and issue the full report within two weeks of receiving a signed proposal.

Yes, our Charlotte team has extensive experience working with historic buildings, particularly within Charlotte’s Fourth Ward historic district, Dilworth, and other established neighborhoods.
